I’ve been to three Wings games this season, and you’re spot on. He is glued to his man. A few weeks back I watched him literally grab his man and literally sit him down. Wild.
I went down to see the Wings play last night. Seider had a tremendous game, goal and an assist, excellent defensively, as you describe, and notably he carried the puck up the ice several times. He might have more Offense in his future. Hard to believe it's his 6th year. Takes a while to really become great in this league.
He was solid for sure. The goals against had nothing to do with him, and I liked how decisive he was on his two PP points. Still some untapped offense there.
I love these breakdowns you do. They help me understand the game as a whole in addition to the player. Thanks…this is truly great work.
Thanks! Always nice to hear someone appreciates my work.
Vinh, your analysis is CRAZY comprehensive. I’m VERY impressed and appreciative.
In Mo we trust.
Rightfully so. He's had an awesome start to the season.

That's a good point. There are other aggressive NZ defenders, but Mo may be the most physical of the bunch. Old and new school all at once.
And Mo has a goal and apple tonight.
Yep, good to see that shot mentality on the PP.

Great article, thanks. One small detail Mo is actually 6”4.
Good to know. I was just going by the NHL's official info.
